Mike
Russell

Mike has 35 plus years in financial services and during that time also set up several businesses including Allen Fleet Services (Southeast) Ltd and Aspire Business Services.

As a corporate employee Mike managed large teams in both sales and operations and at the age of 33 became General Manager of Nationwide Accident Management (£20m turnover), which at the time of appointment was making a loss. Within 18 months Mike had turned this around to a profit transforming internal processes and implementing best practice management.

Following an approach Mike then joined Willis Insurance Brokers to re-engineer and launch their accident management program which he did in 1999.

With many years as a leader in corporate environments and large SME’s Mike has developed a way of delivering workshops and coaching that involves the cohort at the heart of the session bringing them on a journey of self-discovery which is more powerful than direct traditional training methods.
